Where can I go to return my infantino sling rider, which has been recalled?

In Canada, preferrably Ottawa ON

I think all you have to do is cut part of the sling off and mail it to them. But check the website and go to their recalls tab.

How well would you rate the Infantino Baby Sling Rider – Black Toile?

I would like to know as I wish to buy one, but if there is a better option could some one recomend one?
It seems every one hates it. What kind would you recomned that could be bought in a store like Target

My daughter enjoyed it only when she was tired and sleepy and only for a brief time when she was 3-4 months old. She HATED it when she was wide awake and wanting to see around. I found that I ended up carrying it along with the diaper bag, my purse and my babes in arms so I gave up on a quickly. I have to say that it wasn’t the brand but the type of carrier. I tried a couple and had the same results. My favorite carrier by far is the Ergo. It’s almost $100 but I love it and at 15 months old am still using it to tote my little one around on long expeditions. I’ve tried so many carriers and they were great when she was smaller, but as she got bigger they really started to hurt me. The Ergo is made for newborns also, but great for bigger kids and all the weight is on your waist not your shoulders.
