Merry Muscles
Does anyone else have this?
Let me first start by saying I am 33 years old and I have played sports my entire life. Up until recently I have been in perfect health, no problems to speak of. I started having some severe shoulder pain about a year ago and had an MRI done and there was no damage, I dealt with the pain and continued to go on my merry way. Then a few months ago I started having pain in my left hand between the knuckle of my index finger and middle fingers. The pain only comes when I am trying to open a bottle of soda or grip something tightly, being a hockey player I ignored the pain and again kept going on my merry way, still have the pain. NOW, along with the hand pain and pain in both shoulders, I am also having alot of pain in my leg muscles when I stand up from sitting for a long period, not the usual still legs, I am talking severe pain that causes me to limp for a couple of minutes. My back has also been cracking ALOT lately. I am kinda freaking out because I am too young to be falling apart!
