what is the difference between demi panel and full panel maternity pants?
and what is better to wear?
I think that the demi panel is a wider panel cotton covered elastic strip that goes a little higher on your belly. The full panel goes all the way up over your belly. For me, I wore regular jeans in a larger size until I was about 24 weeks or so and then they started to get uncomfortable. I bought a couple of the demi panel thinking they would be the most comfortable and a couple of the full panel for work as I have a very physically active job. I am now 29 weeks and 3 days and the demi panel will not stay up over my belly! It is very annoying to have to keep pulling up my pants after sitting, after bending- pretty much anything! I would recommend the full panel the further along you get. They are much more comfortable in my opinion. Also, do not buy a ton of maternity clothes immediately. Wait until you need them as they sometimes do not fit as you get bigger. Good Luck!

Can I cut the demi maternity panel from my jeans?
I hate the way it sits mid belly. Would I ruin my jeans?
Yes, that is what holds them up. Roll it down or buy a full panel and roll that one.
