Infant carrier, front and back?
What infant carrier can be a front and back carrier? Which one is the best? By front and back I mean a carrier that can be placed on the parents front or back. Not the way the baby faces. Thanks.
Infantino makes a “front to back” carrier that lets the baby face in or out on the front, and also go on the back after they begin sitting. We found it very comfortable because it has a waist strap to put the wt on your hips, but for that reason it is also hard to put on by yourself, it usually took having both of us around.

is it safe to put my 1 month old on a front carrier?will it hurt her back?
Check the instructions for your carrier. I have a Baby Bjorn, and it was fine to put the newborn in once he was 8 pounds. For us, that was a little after 1 month.
